BUYING OR SELLING A HOME

Buying or selling your home can be exciting, but might also be stressful. Let us help take some of that stress away. We will work with your real estate agent and your bank to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible. Our lawyers and staff are knowledgeable and experienced. You can feel secure knowing that we have your back and that we are part of your team. We look after the financing and will ensure your new mortgage is put in place (if buying) and will look after the discharge of your mortgage (if selling).

BUYING OR SELLING A CONDOMINIUM

Before you commit, you need to understand what you are getting. A condominium is unique in that you are governed by the condominium corporation’s rules and regulations. We will review your status certificate for you before you waive your conditions (note: you should always make a condo purchase conditional on the review of the status certificate) to ensure that there are no “deal-breaker” restrictions. We will then look after getting the deal closed so that you can enjoy your first home, downsized home, lateral move or investment property!

BUYING OR SELLING A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

Buying a commercial property is not the same as buying a home. The uses are much more varied, making the transaction much more complex. Whether you are buying or selling property that is industrial, retail, office, or a commercial condo, and whether it is an investment property or owner-occupied, we can help. You should have a team that is experienced in the purchase and sale of commercial properties on your side. We can prepare the appropriate agreement of purchase and sale, will guide you through the due diligence process, perform the necessary searches, draft the closing documents and work with your lender to ensure a smooth financing transaction.

FINANCING OR RE-FINANCING YOUR HOME, CONDOMINIUM OR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
